This is a splendidly told tale regarding exploring the immense and stunning solar system and also in the end exploring our very own origins. Clarke performs an excellent job showing the splendor and brilliance of the cosmos. 2001: A Space Odyssey is categorized as science fiction yet is a great deal more. The 2001: A Space Odyssey book moves along at a good pace and is also effortless to read. Even though providing some indication of the science and technology of the voyage, the story does not get bogged down in technological specifics. However, it details the splendor of the cosmos and as you read through the book, it is very easy to sense the awe-inspiring dynamics of the heavens above us.
